Contribute in providing protection to the target group via:
• Appoint alternate specialized employees to receive cases from the call centre’s employee
• Advertising the hotline 800988 for inquiries about cases of addicted. Providing a professional specialized consulting service within a framework of privacy and confidentiality
• Guiding the target group to approved treatment channels inside and outside of the Emirate of Dubai
• Defining the preventive and therapeutic procedures offered by CDA - in cooperation with partners - and providing clear direction to callers about how to access them.
• Developing counselling services for the treatment of addiction to contribute in providing an effective communication methods to respond to inquiries and questions.
• Contributing to reducing the rate of relapse into addiction.
• Contributing to the development of the case management system to ensure the coordination and integration of appropriate services for these groups within Emirati society
• Contributing to the development of the joint database with the concerned entities to exchange information and take appropriate decisions with the target groups
